About me

My name is John Allen, the founder and Chief Empowerment Officer here at Alchemy.

My passion is helping senior leaders and driven individuals within growing organisations to achieve their full potential.

For over 20 years I have led high-performing Learning and Development functions for major corporates in the UK, Asia and the Middle East.

I am a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and for over 10 years I have been successfully partnering with senior executives to enhance their people leadership capabilities.

I hold a BSc. (Hons.) in Psychology and an MBA.
